I went to a Step class last night. Given by my favourite instructor! It was a good class, hi energy (no stopping for breaks!), but the moves weren't too tough to pick up. The only problem i found was that one riser was a tad too much, but none just wasn't enough. So i stuck with none, which actually was ok. For once i enjoyed a step class, normally i find them quiet boring...but this was a 45min class which was just the right length. Enough time to get into it, but short enough so that i didn't get bored of going up and down.
