I went back to the gym, but couldn't relax properly for fear of the phone going off and havign to trek home again. I won't go to body balance tonight, because i can't nip out every 15 mins or so. I will, however, go and attempt to do my gym programme again. Weight wise i woke up yesterday at teh weight in want to be for my weigh in on saturday. This morning i woke up 3 lbs heavier. I don't want to fall into the trap of getting upset, but when you work out you expect to get a bit in return...
